★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little place with friendly staff. If you're looking for a satisfying meal however, pass this one by. The menu seems to be full of pre-made items from the freezer that are quite bland. We came in hungry and left pretty disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view of sun moon lake except for the tour boats. Pretty small menu in terms of food but they serve a lot of drinks in fancy cupware. Minimum charge $100 per person which is not hard to hit. They seem to be okay with bringing outside drinks/snacks in. Cute and relaxing patio with a fantastic view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a tiny but cute and comfortable café with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff is friendly and can speak English very well. She knew I wasn’t Taiwanese and gave me an english menu right away (without me asking for it). The coffee was good (better than the expensive café we also tried on that day), the chocolate toast was simple and not too sweet but I’d say the pizza was more of Asian-style and not western. Overall, if you decide to look for a café for afternoon tea/coffee around Sunmoon Lake, I recommend you this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place for views and drinks. Also the ladies are really friendly and nice. Though i cannot recommend the food unfortunately. They try to serve "Western" food but are not skilled enough to succeed in this. Also it lacks flavouring. A bit of salt, pepper and spices can already do wonders. Ps girls.. spices should not be kept in the refrigerator but dry;)
Maybe let the cook travel to Europe for ideas and flavours. She is still young- i peeked inside- and needs the original taste first. Or just serve good Taiwanese food, fine too! The place is too beautiful to not serve good food;) Ladies, good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 320NT (10-12EUR) for a 22cm (they dont have bigger ones) pizza with raw dough. Frozen pizzas from the supermarket are better. At least we got to entertain ourselves with beers from 7/11 and a nice view. Staff was very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling to Sunmoon Lake with some friends, after a long walk, we were hungry and wanting to have some good food! We found moon cafe which looked promising but after receiving the food, we were dissapointed.
We payed 320NT (11-12€) for a 10 inch pizza which was not cooked well, flavors were not spectacular and the dough was raw.
I don't recommand the place. I would maybe recommand it for a drink with a great view!
Although the staff was very friendly, we were a bit sad after the food.
