★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met many nice local people here, so a lot of enjoyment because of the nice Taiwanese people. The view is nice but it is visible only from a small portion of the bar. Drinks and service was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bar has so much more potential. With some small changes (more decoration, more speakers, more furniture, maybe shelter, ...) this could be the rooftop in taichung. Nonetheless the experience was good. Professional staff kept us in good hands. Amazing view you would not expect in taichung also worth mentioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and speak English. Cocktails are a little small. What I don't understand is the huge wall that runs most of the length of the bar, leaving only 2 corner sections where you can see the view. It seems like a huge wasted opportunity. Watch out for the water at the corners, seems like it might be easy to fall in. I would like to find another place with a better chance to see the view from where you're sitting add the are only a small few tables that you can see it from here. You can try booking one in advance though. Don't order a "whiskey sour".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open air rooftop bar with nice views of Taichung, pricey drinks. Limited beer and cocktail selection, plenty of spirits. Service seems slow regardless of how busy the bar is.
