★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過年後第一次去體驗, 因為人不多, 現場的教練真的人很好帶我去參觀環境還教我如何使用器材, 也不吝惜的分享他的經驗; 第二次去是下班後7點入場, 人雖多, 但還不至於到壅擠, 有很多機台都還會空著無人使用, 且在疫情期間, 大家都還是會使用酒精消毒, 這部份真的很不錯。重點是有8個蹲舉架還滿多的, 每一台都還有面對鏡子練習, 啞鈴區的部分也算大, 器材整體來說都很新。對於初學重訓者來說, 這邊該有的都有了, 且1分鐘1元的這種離捷運站很近的健身房 CP值算很高。
只是女廁的部分可以定期清掃一下, 垃圾桶都有滿出來, 感覺觀感不太好 。

For beginners and heavy trainers, they have everything here, and the CP value of a gym close to the MRT station for 1 yuan per minute is very high.
It's just that the part of the women's toilet can be cleaned regularly, and the trash cans are full, which doesn't feel good.
