★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over-priced for the quality of meat. It tasted good, but the cut of lamb wasn't that great. They also rushed us through the whole experience because we came in at 8:45 pm and they closed at 10pm. If you're spending that amount of money, you shouldn't be rushed out. They should let you know to come back another time for the full experience. Also, for the prices, the restaurant didn't even look that well maintained, in my opinion. Plus the interior with no windows was a little bleak. The chef was nice, the staff was okay, but we didn't appreciate being rushed through the experience. He waited behind us the whole time, and we couldn't even have a moment to ourselves. It was a very curated and chaperoned dining experience.

1) menu a bit complicated to understand and difficult to read unless to have a lens! ?
2) staff unable to speak English...rather strange in a Michelin restaurant
3) the waitress after 3 minutes she left menu she wanted to receive the order.
4) again from waitress several unacceptable mistakes for such good level of restaurant.
5) Food really good but nothing that remain in your mind and that you would like to taste again.
6) price quite expensive...ok it's a Michelin...nevertheless a bit expensive. In Taichung you can find something better even if without any star...
Just to finish : nice experience but I will not go there anymore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 解士俊 did a wonderful job creating a delightful dining atmosphere. The attention to detail on the food and the presentation was solid! 吳凱翔 also did a great job switching out the plates and fulfilling any requests we have. This was a solid experience overall.

This restaurant is simply fabulous. Their food philosophy is healthy and delicious, no oil is used. The quality of the ingredients, the enhanced natural taste of the dish itself, and the plating art made this experience perfect, five stars. This was the best way to celebrate the birthday.
Their narration and different cooking techniques of different parts of the wagyu beef is unique and outstanding! Truly the best meat we have ever tasted.
