收到商品發現商品疑似有問題跟網路敘述不一樣向網路客服詢問，客服一直消極處理，問完後過了10天都完全沒有任何回覆，主動詢問說測試過後再告訴我，但是又過了10天依舊沒有回覆，只等到其他商品到了要出貨的訊息，於是我只好再主動詢問，詢問後又過了一個禮拜才再回覆，而且回覆的結果有回跟沒回一樣一直鬼打牆，感受很不好。
原本還蠻喜歡跟此店家買東西，但是此次遇到商品有問題的處理方式讓感受大打折扣。
