★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石尚動物園商場有好幾家店的店員都說：「不能使用藝fun券，因為系統不支援。」既然不能使用，為什麼要申請成為藝fun券店家呢？為什麼不把不適用的店家從藝fun券app中刪除？一般民眾都是看藝fun券app來查詢有哪些適用的店家，如果沒有人把不適用的店家從app中刪除，民眾還是會去那些店，去了才知道不能使用。
這家摩斯店員也說不能使用藝fun券，可是藝fun券app上明明就寫這家摩斯適用。讓消費者白跑一趟，讓人很不愉快。

如果真的這麼討厭這份工作，可以選擇到內場，或是換份工作，你對於你工作的厭惡與顧客無關，請你不要出來破壞顧客們到動物園遊玩的好心情，謝謝。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天在動物園我目睹一位小姐對摩斯店員大小聲，後來我去櫃檯了解狀況，我覺得現在年輕人肯做事已經不錯了，為什麼要這樣對待他呢？換作是妳的小孩這樣被欺負你高興嗎？後來得知那位小姐是學校跟團的不知道是家長還是老師，這樣的行為非常的不可取，人家店員跟妳說現在只有紅茶，你又問牛肉堡，店員又再說一次只有紅茶，妳就大小聲：你這麼兇幹嘛？店員一臉問號？我覺得現在生病的人很多，但我們社會應該都要多關懷這種人！
