★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/13（日）中午內用點餐說要海洋珍珠堡，我是要白飯的所以沒有特別說“黎麥”，結果被一個帶眼鏡的口氣不是很好臉臭的店員妹妹直接點餐成黎麥的，不開心，這小姐已經不是第一次口氣不好，很想叫她選一個自己喜歡的工作去做，不要把這樣的情緒態度放在工作上。
兩星是給平日早班的一個沒戴眼睛大眼睛的小姐店員，服務超好而且訂餐都沒出錯又快速。

這個服務不怎麼好的櫃檯小姐
裝的紅茶就是比其他服務人員少
On 12/13 (Sun), I ordered the Ocean Pearl Fort at noon. I wanted rice, so I didn’t specifically say "Li Mai". As a result, I was directly ordered by a clerk with glasses and a bad face. Li Mai’s, unhappy, this lady is not the first time she has a bad tone, and I really want to ask her to choose a job she likes, and don’t put such an emotional attitude on her work.
Two stars are for a lady clerk who doesn't wear big eyes in the morning shift on weekdays. The service is super good and the order is correct and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯服務還不錯，但餐的品質，如早餐吉士蛋堡，有時蛋量會突然變少，有時煎得較油。
The counter service is not bad, but the quality of the meal, such as the breakfast custard, sometimes the amount of eggs suddenly decreases, and sometimes the frying is more oily.

剛吃焦掉的薯條，想說就算了。接著打開雪魚堡也太黑了，超級傻眼！
下次取餐離開前，一定要好好確認食物品質。
This is not the first time I have eaten food in a condition.
I just ate the charred French fries, just forget it. Then it was too dark to open the Snow Fish Castle, super dumbfounded!
Be sure to confirm the quality of the food next time you pick up your meal and leave.

之前週日店員把餐點放到冷掉才叫號大概有半年以上沒來這間摩斯(後來發現假日班跟平日有非常大差別??)

Before 2021
Before Sunday, the clerk put the meal in the cold before calling it for about half a year. I haven’t come to this Moss for more than half a year (later found that the holiday class is very different from the weekday class??)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次在這邊購買餐點，中午時段人潮相當多，建議要先預約，不然要等很久。基本上東西都是現做的，但漢堡還是溫溫的，希望可以是很熱的，服務方面還可以，在合理範圍內都是有求必應的，有機會會再回訪。
This is the first time to buy meals here. There are quite a lot of people at noon. It is recommended to make an appointment first, otherwise it will take a long time. Basically everything is freshly made, but the burgers are still warm, I hope it can be very hot, and the service is ok. Within a reasonable range, everything is responsive, and I will visit again if I have the opportunity.
