MOS BURGER Jiaoxi Shop

Same as other MOS Burgers so it’s good but seems poorer service at this location.

Ordered two set, and I ordered nearly 30mins!!! They didn’t forget my order, just slow! Other people are waiting as well! Avoid it! It’s not worth for the time and money!??????

today i went to mose burger, i ordered a burger and black tea, they gave me the tea and a number.. behind me was many foreigners ( there are so many of them... i wait for very long time and i saw the foreighners has got theirs.. but i havent get mine...?? they didnt even explain me why take them so long.. and why serve the foreigners first.. (maybe they are american, italian or whathever)??? its not about my money.. but its wasted my time and showed me how iresponsible they are.. olso racist.. then i leave whithout my burger... my husband was so angry and telling me he is going to talk to them.. i hold him grab his tshirt and calm him down.. dont be racist please... even im not an american italian, mexican england , im human... ???

Good service to the standard. Food and drink are standardized good. Space is clean but no possibility to charge phone. Few seats with view of mountains and few seats outdoor.

Strange products the Japanese ambitiously call burgers. The miss burger (rice buns and all) is a must try for any westerner. It's a deep fried pork piece beneath spring onions, lettuce and spicy sauce flanked by two prices of sticky rice covered in mustard seeds. Bizarre, unique and weird. Give it a go.

The quality of MOS food items has been slightly revamped, improved, and so far have had these foods always made from scratch, fresh to hot. The MOS guy who rang up my order was honest and sincere who later approached me to kindly admit that he rang up more than what I have ordered afterwards. He quickly refunded the sum of what was overcharged. Despite the order I made was relatively large, he went out of his way to put the hot foods and cold drinks he and his other MOS coworker made into different paper bags and then placed them all in a large plastic bag (out of generosity and free of charge), all in an orderly fashion. It was also really nice of him to personally bring all the to-go foods made ready to the two of us, while we were just sitting outside of their table as we waited for a bit. Since it has been a long while, seemingly over a year ago or even longer, have also quickly noticed that MOS Burgers stand by to ensure quality food and friendly service. Indeed, these are likely the key highlights and reasons to their longstanding success and to keep their loyal customers satisfied, even after so many years they've been serving to their customers in Taiwan. What's more, they have set a great example which the other fast-food chains in Taiwan should take notes on. It was obvious to me that MOS Burger had the right mindset, focus, and staff training in deepening good customer impressions and experiences vs. the other fast-food chains. That said, will be looking forward to their breakfast items in another visit back to MOS soon.

Great place to grab some breakfast or lunch. They also had an English menu available which was very convenient.
