2022/2/14 The quality of Moss has always been very good. The curry pork chop is crispy and delicious. My friend Miss Luo reported that the fried pork chop was too dark. The manager also helped us to replace it with a new one. The service was great and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上點了元氣牛肉堡,咬了好久咬不斷,想說可能是蛋煎的太焦,不以為意也就吞了下去,結果更大塊的在後頭,拉出來之後才發現是一大塊塑膠袋,太!誇!張!不知道吞了多少塊下去了,打給客服想反應,客服也都打不通,一直忙線中,真的對摩斯太失望了。
I ordered the Yuanqi Beef Burger this morning, and after biting it for a long time, I thought it might be because the fried egg was too burnt. Plastic bags, too! boast! open! I don't know how many pieces I swallowed. I called the customer service to get a response, but the customer service couldn't get through. 早上下午晚上都買過,就遇過兩次服務不好的櫃檯,一次是一個男的但他一下子就不在,另一次就是現在!!
為什麼我和妳核對兩次 要兩顆奶球 還是沒有給我?是因為妳不屑這份工作嗎?
還是妳覺得自己真的很厲害?
1.點餐時和內場人員吵吵鬧鬧打斷客人點餐
(點餐SOP是這樣嗎?)
2.當客人和妳核對餐點告知奶球要兩顆,請另外放,回覆:奶球本來就另外放?
確定是本來?
我去101摩斯點餐服務超好,還主動詢問客人要不要放,請問本來是什麼意思?
3.妳核單是在唸饒舌?
還是根本不在乎客人感受?
我確認好妳重複唸的少了兩顆奶球再次提醒還有兩顆奶球!
最後呢?
帶回來沒有奶球!請問是貴店在省成本嗎?
還是員工訓練應該加強呢?
4.點的兩杯紅茶 紅茶量整整差距太大了吧!
1杯40元的紅茶不便宜,可是卻讓人感受非常差,右邊的紅茶整整少了一截,兩杯都沒有冰塊是 去 冰 ,請問貴公司SOP在哪呢?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is actually pretty good and seemingly healthy, the place is really low level. Anyway, for a rice Burger and a good orange juice this is one of my favorite places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and patient staff, always has both an English menu and someone capable of speaking at least basic English, in case your Chinese is terrible (but are also really understanding if you try to use Mandarin!).
Good food, quick service, decent prices.
