★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以體恤有優惠活動時的忙碌，但把客人晾在櫃檯等了三-四分鐘讓客人無所侍從（到底是要繼續等？等多久？還是要幾分鐘後再來？），可見貴單位在人員教育訓練上要再重新來過。
You can be sympathetic to the busyness when there are promotions, but you wait for three to four minutes at the counter, leaving the guests unattended (do you have to wait? How long? Or will you come back in a few minutes?) Personnel education and training must be done all over again.

If there is a negative review, one star is still too much, and I did not confirm with the customer whether the meal is correct, and I asked me to take it if I put less salad.
