★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were really busy yesterday, and the kitchen was understandably overwhelmed. But this morning, I'm still suffering from this questionable food safety. The pork chop needed more time to cook through as the blood was fresh red and low viscosity. The rest of the meal was great tasting and my lunch date was unaffected as I was the only one who ate the pork chop.
