★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I went they either forgot one of our orders, or each person's menu was served with 20 minutes of difference. Like, we had to wait an extra half an hour for one dessert or cafe when everyone else has finished eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little café with really good dessert. The ice cream is very tasty and creamy on par as usual with Hagen Daaz. Although a little pricey, it is a good treat for yourself, friends, and family. Recommend for a little indulgence for yourself. The chocolate cake is super rich, highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is considered spacious especially for one that is located in the department store. The menu is also quite complete, with major focus on desserts and ice cream variety. The staff is where major improvements is required! No smile, rude, unprofessional. The cutlery basket comes with just one spoon even when we ordered two risotto diahes, and it takes more than three service rings to ask for a second one. One of the waiters is super unfriendly, and emphasised that the seating time limit is two hours even when the restaurant is largely empty.

Love the open yet cosy atmosphere.
Only wish they have power outlets for those who may want to do some work on their laptops there...
