淡的口味讓湯有點過於像是清湯，讓人覺得有些許無味喝不下去。糖心蛋整顆對半切很標準，筍乾也很不錯，叉燒一片不算多但也正常發揮。
連鎖店品項又多不禁讓人懷疑是否都是長時間熬煮出來的湯頭？還是將短時間熬煮出來的湯底裡放了一些粉後又稀釋呢？
