出餐速度快，用餐時間約1小時，店內有WiFi 可以免費連，水自助式喝到飽，點主餐都送紅茶或是折抵飲料。
泰式義大利麵酸辣口味到位，蝦子已經剝殼，蛤蜊飽滿。
明太子豚肉燉飯9分飽，好吃口味口感分明！
服務員態度良好，結帳流程迅速，親切提醒餐點會等待較久時間。

店門口雖然隱身在小巷中，但也不難發現，有獨樹一幟的感覺。店內一樓座位數較少，雖沒訂位但店員仍在很短時間內指引帶位。
菜單排版上雖沒太新穎設計，但簡單明瞭可以迅速找到自己選擇的品項，主餐從義大利麵、手打麵、燉飯、炒泡麵等品項，還有飲料、甜點等選擇，價位上以市區而言相當親民。

?白酒皮蛋豚肉燉飯
皮蛋味及口感相當加分，豬肉口感非常嫩，整體吃完後雖濃郁但不膩口。
?奶油牛肉燉飯
香味四溢、牛肉口感很嫩
燉飯店家烹調的恰到好處，米飯都吸飽了醬汁，吃起來軟而不爛。
?地瓜派
非常推薦的一道甜點，地瓜爆漿不僅視覺好看，口感也相當綿密，酥皮部份吃起來很過癮，奶香味十足。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始被皮嚓先生這可愛的名字吸引，沒想到餐點非常合我們胃口。是一家鬧中取靜的巷弄美食。今天點了明太子豚肉義大利麵跟信州味增豚肉焗烤燉飯，醬汁濃郁香氣十足好吃，覺得cp值高。附近不好停車，建議可以先附近停好車，散步過來享用。
At first, we were attracted by Mr. Picha's cute name, but we didn't expect the meal to suit our appetite. It is a quiet alley food. Today I ordered Mentaiko Pork Pork Spaghetti and Shinshu Miso Pork Pork Baked Stewed Rice. The sauce is rich and fragrant and delicious. I think the cp value is high. It is not easy to park nearby. It is recommended to park your car nearby and take a walk to enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 抱歉把”嚓”寫錯！ 因看了介紹要擦掉不愉快就寫成擦～ “皮嚓”是要顧客吃完，把好吃的留下，不好吃的記憶擦掉嗎？還是照老闆說的，用美味擦掉不好的事物，生意很好，是網路出名，還是真的美味？去了就知道，點了”奶油牛肉燉飯”芝士地瓜派” 還附了一杯紅茶，奶油燉飯偏甜，飯真的不用心，就是一般的飯，又煮的軟軟的，跟燉飯的意思根本不同，米粒應該是偏硬的，結果吃起來真的很像是把白飯用奶油牛肉攪拌在一起，失望！”芝士地瓜派”外表就像麥當勞在賣的蘋果派，皮酥脆，裡面的地瓜配上芝士，甜加上芝士的味道，有時會有錯覺，好像地瓜變成酸酸的，感覺不搭，餐點價位不貴，是一大賣點，但是口味上應該再加把勁～
