★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次買感覺蠻好的，後來說要花可以用line先訂,我前一天先訂了，結果趕到花市卻說沒有準備，電話中的人員還說我是有收到Line,下次去取貨之前應該要先打電話問有沒有，那我前一天line聯絡預定有何意義？電話中那位人員的態度真的讓人很不舒服，讓人白跑一趟還一點歉意都沒有。雖說我不是買非常多的花只是小小客人，但真的是覺得感覺太差了

The attitude of the person on the phone was really uncomfortable, and there was no apology for making a trip for nothing. Although I am not just a small customer who buys a lot of flowers, but I really feel that it feels too bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 起初有不錯的服務態度，但某次訂花時他們內部溝通出了問題，導致較預訂時間提前1小時送花到預訂地點，理所當然我還沒到，卻被他們怪罪我讓他們等，真是莫名奇妙！最終他們先跑去送別攤，回來時較預訂時間遲到20分鐘，讓我差點趕不上表演獻花，一句道歉也沒，感覺很糟！此風不可長，不會再向他們買。
At first, there was a good service attitude, but there was a problem with their internal communication when ordering flowers, which resulted in the flowers being delivered to the reservation location 1 hour earlier than the reservation time. Of course, I hadn't arrived yet, but they blamed me for letting them wait. It's really inexplicable. wonderful! In the end, they went to the farewell booth first, and came back 20 minutes late for the scheduled time, which made me almost miss the show and donate flowers without a word of apology, it felt terrible! This wind can't last long, and I won't buy from them again.
