★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大樓本體蓋的不錯，大廳及週圍公設有豪宅氣勢及水準。建商很願意留了大片面積公共空間做造景，相當令人激賞。大樓斜對面就是後勁捷運站，交通而言簡直是天菜。唯一美中不足是，大樓旁邊就是中油二個超巨大油槽，週遭生活環境還需等待進一步改善。
