★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally worst service! 11days have passed since i submitted my notebook for repair. I am still waiting and waiting..totally non-professional service!
My notebook’s LCD connector (probably) was literally burnt..smokes came out of the notebook which is ridiculous and threatening to user-safety.
Even after that, replacement for the LCD panel/connector is seemed to be more horrible. They dont have any stock for even some basic components. Keep waiting for weeks to acquire the part(s).
Never go for this brand! Instead go for dell or hp, which atleast provide some satisfactory service to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serviced my laptop very quick and efficiently. They would text me updates about my laptop and were very professional. I forgot my receipt to claim my laptop but they still found an alternative to confirm I owned the laptop. The waiting time is about 5 minutes. Very good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the negative reviews, I've only had positive experiences at this service centre. The first time I took my laptop in they repaired it under warranty in around 4 days, no hassle. I just went back last week to get it repaired again (there's an issue with my models screen, not the service centres problem) and the guy I dealt with, Weiren, was friendly and helpful. They even provided me with a temporary laptop while mine is being repaired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the service center so I'm willing to give them 5 stars as they solve my problem real quick. They called me to fetch my laptop the next day I sent it in.
In terms of msi products, I'm with another gentleman here. This is not the only device I bought frim them, and their products have all kinds of issues. Only one star for their products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a Friday around noon with a hinge issue on my GE75 Raider, they asked me 2 to 5 business days to have it fixed. Got a message on my phone Sunday morning saying that my laptop was ready for pickup.
Giving the nature of my laptop issue, which seems to be a manufacturing flaw, they replaced the entire LCD rear back cover, front bezel and hinges. I also mentioned two keys that were kinda peeling, they replaced both. They also perfomed a very needed throughout cleanup inside and out. And everything didn't cost me anything at all!!!
The opening hours are very convenient also, everyday is a business day for them.
As an expat, who speaks no Mandarin, everything went really smooth as the staff speaks English and are very friendly.
Simply the best experience I've ever had with technical support in my entire life.
