診間和其他獸醫院比起來寬敞很多，候診壓力會比較小，各種醫療設備也很完整。
陳醫師對貓咪非常非常有耐性，問診與解釋血檢報告也超級仔細，看診時還會跟一直在抱怨的貓咪講話，適時舒緩貓奴的緊張情緒。
收費也算合理，付款方式接受現金或銀行轉帳。
