★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午將近兩點在翰星百貨店（google map 上店面訊息似乎還沒上架），結帳櫃檯只有一個人，在準備結帳的客人已經開始排隊時，可以理解結帳需要有些等待時間，但過程中有非結帳的顧客插進來詢問問題，櫃檯可以適時請該位客人稍候、等櫃檯前等待中的人結帳完畢後再協助處理，而不是出現插隊者優先的情況，現場似乎需要多一些訓練準備。
這只是微不足道的小事，也不樂見有人因此而受責備，但也希望無印一直以來良好的服務印象能維持下去，謝謝。
