買了二樣商品，第一樣商品，收到貨時，有暇疵，帶回去店家，先是嘲笑、還說是正常。
第二樣客製商品，打電話去問，但完全不知何時完成，並回覆確定好再回電，但都没回電。請問這樣ok嗎！
The customer service is very poor!
I bought two items, the first item, when it was received, there was a defect, so I took it back to the store, first laughed at it, and then said it was normal.
For the second customized product, I called to ask, but I didn't know when it would be finished, and I replied to confirm and then called back, but there was no call back. Is this ok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在 貴店買茶几一等就是等兩個月。一開始說下訂要等一個月，好，等到要送貨前一天居然才說訂製的茶几破了無法送！到貨檢查馬上有問題是不會事先溝通嗎？訂製品怎麼會沒有做保護措施？又等了三個星期東西終於要送來了，結果說的送貨時間與實際到的時間整整差了三個小時，讓家人乾等。中間到貨給客戶確認的照片可是一張都沒有，全程都是要客人自己追。進。度。一問才會一答。也不一定是最後正確的答案呢。
這樣的品質、這樣的服務，真的不敢再領教了！只能說時間成本讓我學了一個很大的教訓！
