今天11點初打電話叫外送
點了粉角奶茶7杯、多多綠6杯
當下員工並未確認粉角夠不夠賣
拖了快一個小時
才打電話來告知粉角賣完了
還要再煮 需一小時
問我們要不要等
我也問了什麼時候會送
店員告知1點幫你送
最終1點半到
這次飲料讓我們足足等了兩小時半
店員沒有做到先確認料是否足夠就接單
然後等到做到我們的單時才發現粉角沒有了
請問這樣是對的程序嗎？
