老師不尊重學生的想法跟獨特性
教學古板且校風過於保守
不利於課業跟人格健全發展
忽視學生間的相處問題
或是偏向具有一定利益關係的特別學生
許多老師個人的品格令人堪憂
當然也有好的老師，但比較少
這是10年前的情形
希望有改善

Ignore the problems of getting along between students
