CE 1725年：（清雍正3年／日享保10年）
閩浙總督愛新覺羅滿保（1673-1725）以建造戰船所需原料之名義，奏請福建水師在臺灣「永久性地」設廠修建（軍工）戰船（長期而言，康熙年間臺灣並無專責之修船機構，也就沒有固定的供應修船材料之人員
文官委台灣道，武官委臺協副將會同監督修造。
而廠址設於臺灣府北門外，今臺南市立人國小背側，原僅建有小屋2進，規模卑陋
CE 1777年（清乾隆42年），臺灣知府蔣元樞 重修擴建
The back side was originally a Taiwanese military factory
CE 1725: (3 years of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty / 10 years of daily warranty)
The governor of Fujian and Zhejiang, Aixinjue Luo Manbao (1673-1725), in the name of the raw materials needed for the construction of warships, asked the Fujian Navy to "permanently" set up factories and build (military-industrial) warships in Taiwan. Without a dedicated ship repair organization, there will be no fixed personnel to supply ship repair materials
The Civil Service Committee Taiwan Road, and the Deputy of the Military Attachment Committee Taiwan Association will supervise the construction.
The factory site was located outside the North Gate of Taiwan House, on the back side of today’s Tainan City Liren Elementary School. Originally there were only two huts built, and the scale was humble.
CE 1777 (42nd year of Emperor Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty), Taiwan’s prefect Jiang Yuanshu was rebuilt and expanded
