美國巧克牛排外圍的肉質偏老，但是還是很多汁，裡面雖然有筋，但是也不多頂多一兩口
以平價牛排來說體驗很不錯
義式熟成雖然因為熟成法的關係，牛肉味道沒有很濃，但是肉質也是很嫩的
牛排的製作有用心，自助吧的種類不多但是味道也是都不錯，推薦！
