★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Taiwanese steak house that has been around for decades, adapting to the changing market demand. The restaurant's latest offering are real steaks (instead of composite steaks) with mushroom or pepper sauce. As per Taiwanese restaurant tradition, the establishment also offered unlimited sides such as salads, ice cream, dessert, soup, pop Etc.
This isn't a high end steakhouse, but one I enjoy visit every so often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This alternative stakes restaurant with order of main steak dish, it's all you can eat of steamed buns, stir-fry noodles, fresh salad, fruits and desserts. It's good for single, couples or a group of 6 of family and friends. If you decided to go in the late afternoon or early evening ? I suggest you call for a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update Q3, 2019: They have not raised price for a while, some dishes listed below may not or rarely show up - e.g. bamboo salad or Caesar salad.
Steak is descent. Salad bar is ridiculously luxurious: Caesar salad, stewed pig's knuckles, duck's blood cake, chicken nuggets, French fries, hash browns, kantonchiho style soups, sweets, fresh fruits, ice cream, beverages - are regularly provided. Some dishes are randomly served, such as mussels, roasted ducks, fried fishes, bamboo salad, soy tender chicken, crabs, shrimps, sour-sweet fried pork, Thai style fried chicken, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest “My Steak” stores in Taipei, standing still at the same block for decades. You don’t come here for a fine dining experience. You come here to over-eat, to fill your hungry soul with cheap buffet food. To the extent that the steak is almost optional. It’s nothing special, not even the best choice among other places within the same price range. Yet, it’s “My Steak.” You gotta give it a try every once in a while.
