意大利麵的白醬紅醬都是老闆自己做的，本著自己會吃才會給客人吃，吃得十分安心。
老闆是定居台灣二十多年的香港人，所以也有一些港式料理飲料，如港式煲湯，鹹檸檬七喜/可樂/蜂蜜等。
菜色随時更新，讓客人吃不膩。
老闆還有手工牛軋糖可訂購，用料實在又不甜膩，好吃！

覺得餐點非常的好吃，麵條很有嚼勁，蛤蜊大顆又新鮮，炒公仔麵好像有加麻油(?!)香氣很夠，例湯是南瓜湯，沒有過多的調味，喝起來很天然很讚！
另外被老闆娘招待一碗西米露?很濃郁，好喝！
