第一次嘗試吃這家蚵仔煎,經過時看到料給蠻多的就決定吃這家,蚵仔煎的皮酥酥脆脆,雖然外帶,但還是稍微能吃出,詢問醬料時也說明的很清楚,加了有蒜頭的醬油,蠻好吃的。

皮夠酥夠脆,中間區域也吃得到軟糯感,口感豐富推推。不過醬偏鹹重口味,最後中央幾口浸在醬汁裡面的部份,需要把醬葛開食用。

2022/03 一份蚵仔煎70元,蚵仔煎是用碗裝的,很特別,平常都是看到盤裝的。 邊緣的地方很酥脆,蚵仔也蠻多的,醬也蠻夠味的,總體來說蠻好吃的,會想再回訪。

味道一般,價格驚人,態度傲慢,送管教聲,吃過笑一下就好 帝王蚵仔煎$70,蛋一顆、蚵仔大約10顆因為煎比較久尺寸已縮、白菜蠻少的吃不太到,新竹盤 路過看一下賣什麼被煎台手嗆、排隊排塑膠簾後被煎台手嗆、在煎台手左後方排隊的位置拍照被煎台手嗆,用火氣煎的酥脆酥脆,蚵仔煎本體吃得是又油又火,排隊排了20分鐘,台上歌仔戲都看了好幾唱,獲得以上體驗 這個攤位位置跟煎檯本身的擺放跟以前的王記蚵仔煎一摸一樣,但店家說此店跟王記沒關係

the Taiwanese oyster omelet here is reputed to be very crispy here but it seems only the edges are. amount of oysters was decent but the size of each oyster was minuscule. flavor was good. however, there was an excess amount of oil and and batter--over 50% of the weight of the dish was batter. 3/5 visit(s): 20201025
