★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was introduced to this bakery by my French goodie friend, claiming it’s the BEST place for croissants in Taipei (and probably all of Taiwan). Chef had worked with Michelin starred chef Yannik for many years and bakes like an angel.
Everything is good and especially the signature G-croissants and in my opinion, the classic croissant is to die for? They’ve opened for a little over 2 weeks and are already selling more than 1,000 croissants a DAY! And heard that they will soon come up with other kinds of bread and desserts in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bakery inside the small lane of An-he road, the smells were incredible once stepping in. Here provides a good variety of croissants and other breads/ desserts.
Eating its fine layered and seasoned croissant was a pure enjoyment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very special croissants! So crispy they shatter, rich butter flavor. No shortcuts here just excellent baking. Must try for anyone who loves bread and pastries.
There is a little bit of seating inside and out. They have a short menu of tea and coffee too. So glad to have this quality of croissant in Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top-notch croissants, bakery, and sandwiches. Eat in, enjoy the patio or take it to go. In the morning Guillaume may be working at the finishing station in the front window. It was so nice to greet the owner. We've been in town 4 nights and ate here twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best spots for delicious croissant in Taipei. We tried cheese and original, and both had flaky exteriors and chewy interiors. Their baguettes are great too, with a crispy crust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely bakery in the middle of taipei city. If you crave for authentic French pastry, this is a must try! I loved the croissant and mille feuille cake! It’s not cheap for taipei price level but it is definitely worth every penny. I would only have one suggestion to the store owner: hire more friendly cashiers. It may be because the store is already popular, the cashier ladies don’t think that they have to be nice to the customers. They should smile more and be more friendly. Also, I asked for a fork for the cake I bought and the cashier gave a look like she didn’t understand. I could not eat the pastry with my hand, please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling like I was in Paris! Super happiness to have this incredible original croissant ? in Taiwan. The crunch outside and yummy tender inside make my day! My bf grabbed it for me on the way home. It’s still fantastic even I baked next day. Go earlier incase they sold out. And of course get more at a time, otherwise you will be regret.
