★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 繳費就等了15分鐘以上 現場2位服務人員 一位在推銷顧客方案 另一店員在處理手機故障 估計已經處理超過20分鐘了還是沒處理好 既然不知道何時才能處理完 為何不先協助後面的顧客繳費 而要讓繳費的人一直罰站 繳費只需要2分鐘就能處理的事情 就是沒人要協助處理 完全不曉得變通 令人感到無奈
