★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can take a 4 seat bicycle and ride around Nanliao, take pictures at the bell and fish statue.. but overall it is just a land to play kites and ride a bicycle and you also can see sunset from this place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in hsinchu for almost 8 years, I’ve seen how this little part of the city has evolved. Looks more touristic however still not many restaurants. A good place to have a family time or a date.

The person who serves at the information counter was helpful and friendly. They were patient enough to explain to foreign tourist like us who doesn't know local signs and driving directions to tour the area. In short, we rented an electrical twin seat bike to go around the park and along the coast for 2 hours for NTD400. A grace period of 30mins were also given because we lost our way back. It was nice experiencing the natural beauty of Taiwan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area close to sea in Hsinchu to spend good time especially evening hours. The place is quite windy so lot many persons are here to fly the kites. The place is full of food as well as games for children just alike night markets in Taiwan. In addition, many competitions including Dragon boat festivals are held here. In recent time, I visited here to watch the boat race during festival, which was quite fascinating.
