早期為桃園高中女生部校地，
已經打造成一個美麗的公園了，
自2019年開始啟用，
位置位於中山路與三民路交叉口，
公園下方還設有地下停車場，
停車場空間蠻大的，
停車還算是方便，
公園到地下停車場之間也設有無障礙坡道，
算是少數貼心的設計，
公園其實離火車站並不遠，
再加上這附近人口相當密集，
旁邊也有南門市場，
公園逗留的人潮其實還不少，
一眼望去很舒服優美，
環境非常舒適且乾淨，
設備又非常新穎，
也有部分的小孩遊樂設施及廁所的設置。
