電梯有5個，但大樓很多人搭乘，很不方便
打4星，是因為服務人員很優秀

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 承保時說因目前確診者皆為無症狀或輕症居多，所以，只要確診居家隔離，即符合住院日額理賠！！康復送件理賠，反悔告知“需要有用藥紀錄才能理賠”？？我就問輕症甚至無症狀，為何一定要用藥？？是要用什麼藥啦！逼保戶浪費醫療資源嗎？
When underwriting, it said that since most of the confirmed patients are asymptomatic or mild, so as long as they are diagnosed with home isolation, they are eligible for the daily hospitalization claim! ! Rehabilitation sends a claim for settlement, but go back and tell me that "a medication record is required to settle the claim"? ? I asked mild or even asymptomatic, why must medication? ? What kind of medicine are you using! Force policyholders to waste medical resources?
