再者，這也絕對不是擺爛工作職務的藉口。有更好的解決方可以提出，不是用情緒說話，這種服務人品的品質實在是令人堪憂。
對了忘了提到，服務人員還丟我的身分證，我實在是看不懂我到底花稅錢幹嘛用的？我既沒有態度差也沒有惡語相向，不就倒楣遇到地方的公務員都這種態度？
期盼能有所改善，不要讓人有這種極差的刻板印象。
