鄭	鄭伊雯 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 館內資源、設備很棒。但圖書館管理員素質有待加強，尤其3樓的管理員，一堆人在旁邊安靜自習，他一個人大聲講話，不然就是互相聊天、交談，整書時也不斷發出大聲響。連管理員都不懂圖書館禮貌？真的搞不懂？整間埔里圖書館最吵的噪音就是源自各層樓的管理員！還有管理員認識的朋友帶小孩在櫃檯肆意尖叫，聲音都從上層樓穿越下來，如果在兒童閱讀區就算了，結果也不是。總之，對圖書館人員很失望。
