★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a crazily busy place, especially on a holiday or on weekends, but the Dang Gui (Angelica) herbal soup base is wonderful, the portions are generous, the staff efficient and friendly, and the duck meat is flavorful and juicy. They also have pig's feet wheat noodle soup (their speciality), duck organ soup, and duck blood rice cakes. My favorite dish is the duck leg/bean noodle herbal soup with a side of vegetables. Lunch for two around NT250.
