大推林先生的服務， 從不懂電腦的客人，慢慢介紹到你能理解。 除此之外在幫忙選配電腦配件時會仔細告訴你為何他要這麼做，不單單只是幫你搭配到你理想的價格而已。 相較於去其他店面選配的過程和服務這間店細心許多，且各種電腦配備（螢幕、主機）等的問題都有問必答。 而且以上的良好服務沒有因為年節期間有大量客人的情況下而減少。 簡而言之，這是一間值得好好珍惜的電腦店家，如果要選配電腦很值得來這！

Went there to ask to solve an issue on a brand new but cracked external HDD. Ms. Guo directly asked me to call their provider. She refused to call her provider even I have bought this product from her. Unacceptable. In addition to that, I had to insist up to four times to finally let her test and check whether her laptop can recognize my HDD. Prior to that, she simply asked me to test it on free computers on first floor. Was it because one of my two babies was crying for a while or because all of their staff started to feel wrong after they kept denying to let me talk to the boss in person? “Can I talk to the boss? The boss is not here. When will the boss come back? We don’t know. What is boss’ name and phone number? We don’t know”.. Ms. Guo of the front desk just probably forgot than today, angry customers are also able to share their bad experiences online. I’ll do my best to let this review sticked on her business. Unfortunately, the system doesn’t let me give zero star. If I could I would do so. Have a nice day Ms. Guo! ;-)
