雷到爆!昨天打電話確認有做體檢,今要取號碼牌變成停止掛號,詢問服務台說從早上一上班就停止體檢服務了==可以不要這樣拿別人時間開玩笑嗎?

真的不敢恭維這裡的門診護理師,態度、語氣極差,每間好像都是漢子,來都一樣,誰愛進出醫院啊!是沒教育訓練的嗎?醫院不需要病患看診大可繼續高傲一點。

醫護人員態度,讓人極為不舒服的感受,到院探視長輩,洽詢六樓病房護理師要請求協助及解釋病情,多次視而不見,及態度惡劣,還要求小中風的患者自行拿重物至病房,多次請求才協助放置,整體拉低台灣醫療的品質與氛圍,期待提升護理照護品質。

刷了一排評論下來 我不孤單, 護理師的態度真的不敢恭維。 網路事前掛號報到時間11:00-11:30 想說相較其他醫院最晚報到時間晚, 前一天撥打總機確認 ▶ 有告知門診、醫生、網路報到時間 回覆是最慢11:00前需報到 今天有在時間前報到, 但過12:00尚未看診,因後面有行程 只能先敲門詢問是否會延到下午繼續? 護理師回答快要看到了 再稍等一下 實際看診時間12:35左右 診間有跟醫生協調時間 最晚幾點看完報告或幾點前回來可以看 護理師拿檢查單時 詢問說如果照完一樣插健保卡報到嗎? 卻告知:我已經幫你結了、你照完也不能馬上看 只能匆匆檢查趕後面的行程 晚點再看是不是趕得回去看報告? 如果看診時間長,掛號系統上面也能先告知 而不是讓病患依規定報到卻只能傻傻的等 連詢問還要被兇

5/25星期三去看耳鼻喉科,是我第一次在成大看診。不管是在掛號、看診當下,或是領藥時的用藥解說,醫護人員的態度都很良好,並沒有遇到評論中大家遇到的情形。

門口的警衛真的是看人表現 真的是人很不舒服,逼不得已才選擇急診 今天在前往急診前 已在家先打電話詢問,跟護理人員說明狀況 在得到同意的情況下才前往。 結果一到現場,警衛人員不但沒詢問清楚 讓我們領了號碼牌,直接叫我們在旁邊等 等了至少兩個小時,把號碼燈 直接關掉 讓其他人優先看診 連通知都沒有,這行為是不是太過分了

尊重是互相的,你給別人多少尊重別人會以多少來回報你.但醫病關係是例外,醫師幫助病人,病人不一定感謝.但病人自己先語氣不好,卻怪罪醫護人員對他如何如何? 還有,使用者付費,簡單道理,就算看病只有問診沒開立藥物也是醫師專業評估後的結果,不是在那裡嚷嚷不開藥就取消看診不用付費! 你們讓好醫師好護理師心灰意冷的後果自己負擔!
