Use procedure: All units in the school who apply for the use of the venue must register with the management unit, and the first registration is given priority. Student associations may apply for the use of classrooms in the classroom building, and the application must be approved by the teaching affairs team before applying for use. When applying for the use of venues by off-campus units, they should consult with the school administration team and the venue management units for the available time, and submit the application two weeks before use, and use it after signing the general secretary and the supervisor of each venue management unit for approval. The approved use of the venue must be paid to the cashier team of the general affairs office of the school, and the use of the venue must be entered with the receipt. Tea and snacks shall be prepared by the applicant. There are 6 seminar rooms, each with 30 people, with a hand-held projection screen, a projector, a simple broadcasting system, and a set of network sockets. The use of the seminar room will charge an additional 1,000 yuan per period. If borrowing three periods of the day is calculated at 70% of the charging standard; borrowing two periods is calculated at 80% of the charging standard. An additional 10% fee will be charged on holidays. The use of a single-gun projector will be charged an additional 1,000 yuan per period.
