G	G Aquino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head straight to the 5th floor for NHI (health insurance) matters. If your Chinese is limited, ask for English service. Overall, I found the service to be pleasant and speedy. The young lady who attended to me spoke English well. She clearly explained the required paperwork and the relevant departments that I needed to do business with. She also gave me an English booklet with useful NHI information. An English form is available for one of my transactions, which helped speed things up. The middle-aged lady who received it also spoke good English and was very helpful.

I camw here for the first time to sort out some application concerns. I got directed easily to the right personnel who had a pleasant disposition and spoke great English. She explained the details well and clarified the entire procedure. Lines moved fast as well. It took me around 30mins to get my concern sorted out. Great service!
