★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辦理居留證延期，都打電話詢問應該帶的證件，人員說只要帶居留證即可，到了現場，發現內部教育訓練根本不行，代辦人還要影印身分證，移民署員工編號01862林年進不曉得在兇幾點的，一臉屎樣好像被欠了幾百萬一樣，真的是有夠爛????????公務人員不要拿人民納稅錢做事還這樣
When applying for the extension of the residence permit, they all called to ask about the documents they should bring. The staff said that they only need to bring the residence permit. When they arrived at the scene, they found that internal education and training were not available. I know what's the fierce time, and I look like I am owed millions of shit. It's really bad enough.

The action is very slow. On normal working days, only two windows are open for processing. There are a lot of people waiting outside. You have to wait at least 30 minutes to come here.
