★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來⋯大樓外面根本沒有「移民署」的標示，進到2樓也不見醒目的標示，還要跑到「外交部」的辦公室問才知道方向。
 The first time I came... there was no sign of the "Immigration Department" on the outside of the building, and there was no obvious sign on the second floor. I had to go to the office of the "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" to find out the direction.

害我等很久,原本以為沒在服務,
等我要走才發現原來左邊也有在收件....
There is obviously a staff member (the fat aunt) at the counter on the left, but they would rather use their mobile phone to chat instead of pressing the number??
It made me wait for a long time, I thought it was not serving,
When I was about to leave, I found out that there were also receiving mails on the left...

accompanying grandpa here to take care of the files the waiters are friendly. some are just chatting, many are diligent in front of the computer to serve. there are also those who just chat
