★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度非常差,毫無任何專業知識,說法與外交部完全不一致,無法解決問題,還當眾審論民眾,搞的辦公室像三姑六婆聚眾所,明明是政府機構,卻完全沒有素質、專業可言,在移民署服務英文也不會講,人民繳稅給你們卻得到這樣的服務,真的過份!
建議有需要的人,寧可跑一趟台北外交部也不要來這邊受別人批評,民眾就是有需要才找到服務處,然而他們並不會服務人,所以真心建議跑一趟台北,人員親切有禮貌,做事有效率,也比浪費時間來這邊好太多!
如果有跟我相同情況的人,希望你們能一起抵制、申訴,讓其他更願意服務人的人頂替他們!
The service attitude is very poor, there is no professional knowledge, the statement is completely inconsistent with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and it can’t solve the problem. It also criticizes the people in public. The office is like a gathering of three aunts and six women. It is obviously a government agency, but it has no quality and professionalism at all. I can't speak English when serving in the immigration office. People pay taxes to you but get such services. It's really excessive!
People in need are advised to take a trip to Taipei’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs instead of being criticized by others. People only find the service office when they need it. However, they will not serve others, so I sincerely recommend a trip to Taipei. The staff is kind and friendly. Being polite and efficient is much better than wasting time here!
If there are people in the same situation as me, I hope you can resist and appeal together and let others who are more willing to serve others replace them!

結果服務站的工作人員貼心的回覆我,可以可以,你慢慢開車,注意安全,我們等等你!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在去年2021年底第一次拜訪並且繳納外籍配偶資料備審。幫我承辦的人員讓我感覺態度跟服務都很棒很親切。過了兩個月,接到移民署電話說話要補繳文件備審,所以再次拜訪此所(聲明此遭遇這也許是所內個人行為或者值班者當天心情不佳)我感受到完全不同的對待與回應(同一個承辦人員)。身為一個台灣人到這邊辦理事務,想必是沒有太多經驗,畢竟沒有人一直不斷與外籍人士結婚吧?!移民署來電說補交文件並無通知要去哪遞交,我在不知情的情況自然會直覺來這邊遞交文件,哪知道我一走進去說要補交文件,就被一名承辦人員帶著驚訝偏懷疑的一句 你來這邊幹什麼?補繳文件不甘我們這邊的事情。然後要我到另外一個辦事處繳交。我想說我就跑錯地方,你一句不甘我們的事就聽起來不太禮貌了。我在沒有事先被告知的情況下,一般民眾怎麼會知道內勤外勤有不同處所。態度不需要這麼不友善,如果對於台灣民眾都是以這樣的態度,我不敢想像他們對於新住民的態度是不是會更強硬一些。再次聲明,本屬我個人之狀況,我並無指向所有承辦人員都是一樣的態度,應屬個人之行為。

As a Taiwanese to handle affairs here, I must not have much experience. After all, no one has been constantly marrying foreigners, right? ! The immigration office called and said that there was no notification of where to submit the supplementary documents. I would naturally come here to submit the documents without knowing it. I didn’t know that as soon as I walked in and said that I wanted to submit the supplementary documents, I was taken by a contractor. Surprised and suspicious, what are you doing here? Supplementary documents are not reconciled to our side. Then I have to go to another office to pay. I want to say that I went to the wrong place, and it sounds impolite to say that you are not willing to do our thing. How can the general public know that there are different places in the field and in the field without being informed in advance. The attitude doesn't need to be so unfriendly. If the people in Taiwan have such an attitude, I can't imagine whether their attitude towards the new residents will be tougher. Again, this is my personal situation, I do not point to the same attitude of all the contractors, it should be a personal behavior.
