已畢業三年多,我是日校的學生,宿舍蠻不錯的,就是早上要勞掃,有校歌和啦啦隊競賽,體育課有高爾夫、撞球等等蠻多元的課程。 我是行銷系,很謝謝雄哥的教導讓我真正瞭解行銷策略、行銷模組以及以商業的論點去討論任何一間公司及其發展現況,大三到晶華實習,整體經驗算不錯也瞭解真正的飯店業界狀況,但服務業真的累,不過進來可以學習很多餐飲實作,若有想要開餐飲店的可以來學習,個人是想走商業或是旅行社,大四的海外參訪真的很讚不過最近因為疫情都取消了,覺得自己真的很幸運趕在疫情前參加。 整體下來是很不錯的學校,不管是學校的師資、尚未畢業的實習經驗亦或是軟實力的培養,我覺得都相當不錯,不過要各位學弟妹瞭解這個產業的薪資不是想當優渥,主要還是在三萬上下,總之希望大家都能有所成長、好好學習,為社會貢獻一份心力,加油。

高雄餐旅大學-第二學生實習餐廳 高雄餐旅大學是南臺灣目前首屈一指的專業餐飲學校,培育出非常多知名的校友,是國內非常重要餐飲搖籃。 第二學生實習餐廳,今天是展示跟和光集團合作的無毒蝦料理,由餐飲管理系的賴教授負責研發。賴教授本身在國內的餐飲產業是個非常厲害的人才,在國外獲獎無數也代表台灣參與國外人才交換。 和光集團的無毒蝦,是採用天然的養育方式,養育出來的白蝦有些尺寸達到20公分以上,甚至在冬天的時候也可以有蝦子養育成功,這個是國內非常罕見的成功案例。蝦子在料理過程,蝦子的腸子居然都沒有沙子,這個是很厲害養育方式。 今天的蝦子料理不論是用煎的或烤的,甚至打成泥跟麵包和在一起,都非常的滋味十足,蝦子的尺寸也非常的大,都可以直接成為主餐的一道菜。 高雄餐旅大學的學生們,在服務的過程都非常的專業而且有禮貌,果然是孕育餐飲人才的一所搖籃
