A great place to have an allergy testing.

I'm an Italian resident in Taiwan and my wife is Japanese. Our daughter was born at ntuch last month, all good till we have left the hospital. The next day they called me and said they forgot to add earing check charges to our bill, so I went back to hospital to pay but they didn't have any info about us,no trace about our daughter,me and my wife who have left the hospital the day before. Nothing! The next few days our notary came to notarize the birth certificate and same situation... nobody knew anything. They asked him to come back the second day, without clear instructions on what to do. He came again,called me because he couldn't believe what was going on.. after sending him to various offices and refusing to help nobody knew where he was supposed to get the certificate. Finally after a long complaint call someone from next office said..oh sorry..we have your certificate..we said sorry to you so now it's ok...I couldn't believe what was happening.... Today my wife went with our daughter for vaccination and they've refused to do it because she haven't paid the earing checkup. She went down and asked to pay again, nobody knew anything! Again! She went upstairs and tried to explain the situation but they refused to give treatment if the earing checkup wasn't paid ... when just few minutes before downstairs they couldn't find her info about the missing checkup payment! And the same story started over and over again...with our little girl crying and my poor wife going up and down the hospital because the staff is incompetent, unorganized and rude!

Don't have your baby here unless you are already expecting some kind of complication that requires special attention. The doctors are OK, but you won't see them very much. The administration pays a premium to have the best doctors, but that means you're getting fewer nurses and staff to handle everything else.
