★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去竹東國稅局遇到的小姐業務能力有待加強 地政請我們去申請土地遺產免稅證明 那位小姐拿申請單叫我回去寫好再來辦 我說東西都準備好了我現場寫好給他 她又說沒辦法馬上算出來 叫我們先回去等 好了通知去拿 不然就拿回去桃園辦比較近 說現在都不分區辦好之後大溪地地政就可以領權狀 結果桃園大溪國稅局10分鐘就算好了 大溪地政也沒辦法跨區領竹東土地權狀 還要再回去竹東地政才能領權狀 不知道是不會辦還是不想辦 推給大溪辦
