In 1973, the original Fuan Palace was converted into Chengtian Palace, and in 1998 it was moved to its current location. In the medium-sized temple, the main hall worships the maternal ancestor of the heavenly god, the right hall enshrines the three gods of Dr. Baoyi, Guan Shengdijun, and Marshal Tiandu. There are historical records of temples, large gardens, and entrance gates.

In 1977, under the initiative of local enthusiasts, the Chengtian Palace was built, and the Fu'an Palace, which worships the Kaisifuji God of Beishi Lake, was converted into a new temple as a "Zhuangtou Temple". The new temple was established on April 23, 1970, on the lunar calendar. The Fu'an Palace is located on the right and the Chengtian Palace is located on the left. Three years after the completion of the new temple (1973), a god-paying celebration was held. The performances of the opera, puppet show, open-air movie, and orchestra lasted 116 days, setting the longest record of thanksgiving activities in the region. The original site of Chengtian Palace is near the second section of the embankment. However, in order to coordinate the Keelung River interception and straightening project, it was demolished in 1994. It was moved to its current address on November 8, 1995, and obtained a temple registration certificate issued by the government in 2003. In the case, it became the first legally registered Matsu temple in Neihu area; in 2014, believers initiated a rebuilding and relocated on March 21, 2005, the lunar calendar. In addition, there is a "Landmark of Happy House" in the temple. It records that Ms. Lin Chunyan is willing to donate the land in front of the temple for free to Mazu. Establishing this monument is also a way of expressing gratitude in the faith of Mazu.
