★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1975設立 中型廟宇 正殿主祀觀音佛祖，右殿供奉王母娘娘，左殿供奉注生娘娘，殿右側另有觀音佛祖及四大天王石像，階梯旁有觀音水池，山區道路入口有精美牌樓。
In 1975, a medium-sized temple was established. The main hall is dedicated to the Guanyin Buddha, the right hall is dedicated to the Queen Mother, the left hall is dedicated to the Immortal Mother, and there are Guanyin Buddha and four stone statues on the right side.
