★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這棟大樓於2014年完工，外觀走日系建築風格，蠻適合當做企業總部。交通部分可以仰賴「南港車站」：火車、捷運、高鐵、巴士；餐飲主要是由「重陽路」一直到「南港路」沿著「興華路」周邊巷弄店家，選擇性也頗豐富，火鍋類、麵食居多；附近也有家樂福賣場及大型 Shopping Mall : CITY LINK、中信軟體園區。
距離「南港展覽館」車程約五到十分鐘；上下國一、國三交流道，僅需十至十五分鐘車程。
The building was completed in 2014 and looks like a Japanese architectural style. The traffic section can rely on the "Southport Station": trains, MRT, high-speed rail and buses; the food and beverages are mainly from "Chongyang Road" to "Nangang Road" along the lanes of "Xinghua Road", and the selection is quite rich. There are many types of pasta and pasta; there are also Carrefour stores and large shopping malls nearby: CITY LINK, CITIC Software Park.
It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to drive from the "Nangang Exhibition Hall"; it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to get to and from the National 1st and 3rd National Exchange.
