Because the boutique@A11 that I used to drop my recycled coffee pots was replaced by a fashion store. At A8,Asked another sales lady on the same floor, she told me Nespresso moved one floor down. I had to call Nespresso hotline and only found out this is their distributor's location. it doesnt have Nespresso name. She told me to go back to A11 that the boutique is still there but moved to a different unit. A simple 2min task, took me half an hour to complete. Issues: 1. I receive Nespresso updateas on my Line App all the time, not even once it announced the unit # has changed. 2. I was at A11, Google would have directed me to different unit but it showed A8; a different location, instead. This means Nespresso didn't update their Google presence. Or your SEO keywords need to be updated.
