Getting my capsule today and I learnt a new favour of Yemen. It is a shame that they don’t offer tasting, apparent due to its higher price. As a loyal customer, what a big let down!

Staff is more aloof and less friendly at this store compared to other Nespresso locations. Makes shopping experience less pleasant. Further they do not let you browse around the store while sampling. So you are forced to stand at the bar and gulf down your drink in your designated spot before you can walk around. Takes the pleasure and relaxation away from coffee drinking. This is not my go-to-store.

Lots of variety of coffee. Wide range of coffee machines on display, from simple (cost effective) to sophisticated elegant (high end), sure you can find one to suit your needs. And very friendly staff. It's a place that a coffee lover can't miss.

Very disappointment they don’t recycle the caps… this is a big marketing value of the brand but here in taipei (maybe taiwan) they don’t want to do it even though they know these caps are really bad for environment ! Shame

This is by far my favorite Nespresso store! William is the best Nespresso SA, ever! He has been helping us find and discover all our favorite flavors and recommends us to new products as well as keeps us up to date with special deals and/or promotions. He goes above and beyond for us and all our Nespresso needs! Thank you, William! We are Nespresso connoisseurs for life! :)

A minute after I paid the Nespresso capsules, I had realized that there were only 3 months left (as per label) in the recommended consumption time. I immediately asked if the store could see if they can help me find one with a longer expiration date. The Nespresso sales staff, who had just charged my credit card had refused to help facilitate an exchange or also refused to provide a refund. And informed me that the company policy was to not exchange or refund food products! I wish the Nespresso staff could have told me, at the time I handed them my credit card, that they're only selling me a product that had a 3 month recommended consumption period, and that the product cannot be refunded. I still could not believe this happened at Nespresso's own flagship store The recommended consumption period is 12 months, which means after it was produced, consumers only had a quarter of the time to consume the product (3 months to consume per the company's own guidelines) Before my experience today, always thought Nespresso was a brand I could trust. And I didn't think a simple task like buying coffee could be disappointing. I would not trust the brand again and will refuse to pay a premium for its products going forward. I know Carrefour sells Nespresso caps made by Starbucks. Carrefour is a trusted retailer that takes care of customers and Starbucks is a responsible brand that makes great products.
